Silverado, Nevada, U.S.A. (silver)
Grab samples assays up to 4415.5 grams silver (128.7 oz/ton) from old dumps. Silver values up to 23 ounces with combined lead and zinc values of nearly 30%. Exploration will focus on mapping and sampling on the range front and surrounding pediment where alluvium may be covering receptive host rocks hosting Carlin-type mineralization similar to Barrick’s +2 million ounce Archimedes gold deposit.
The property is situated at the southern end of the gold-rich Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Nevada.
This project is a 100% owned by Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. (TSX.V:NVM).
November 9, 2006 – The Company entered into an agreement
to purchase 3 patented mining claims (subject to title opinion) located within
the newly acquired Silverado claims in Nevada. The patent claims have past
silver-base metal production from old underground workings. Twenty-two samples
were taken from various dumps on the Silverado property, of which the first two
samples M192218 and M192219 came from the patent claims. The sulfide
mineralized samples were nearly completely oxidized with only occasional galena
noted. The samples were selected by their relative density and assayed by
Inspectorate Rocky Mountain Geochemical in Sparks, Nevada. Significant assays
are as follows:
